So far the weekend has been wonderful, a dinner date last night with the best couple, Ivan & Meghan. Just got back from a beautiful crisp walk with my friend Joy, and retrieved my bike that I left down at the pier last night, when my feet just wanted a quick cab ride home.
I wanted to post some easy snack ideas, that you can pack in your bag for work, or keep in your purse for an emergency hunger attack.

I've been savoring these fuzzy ripe beauties for the last few weeks, and they are so juicy and sweet!
I also keep a large fruit bowl stocked in my kitchen, with kiwi, apples, bananas, mango or whatever else looks ripe and ready. Fruit is so good to put into our bodies, it's a natural cleanser, and supplies us with energy. Your body and skin will thank you for eating it!
Sometimes, I love a good crunchy snack too.....
Nothing beats a rice cake and nut butter, smack two of these together and it's totally portable for work, or on the go. And it takes seconds to put prepare.
If your anything like me, I need chocolate every few days...it just makes me happy.
