Hi there! Happy March!! We are getting closer to the spring season, so I'm celebrating and eating more plants.
I've discovered a new love for the radish. Who knew? I don't think I ever touched a radish until my twenties, but now I love them and all their different colors.
My mom used to always add them to salads, and even make them into little radish roses..now I understand...yum. Thanks Mom!
