Hi there! Happy March!! We are getting closer to the spring season, so I'm celebrating and eating more plants.
I've discovered a new love for the radish. Who knew? I don't think I ever touched a radish until my twenties, but now I love them and all their different colors.
My mom used to always add them to salads, and even make them into little radish roses..now I understand...yum. Thanks Mom!

Here are a few of my plant strong plates I've enjoyed recently. I hope this inspires you to add more colors into your diet.
steamed some broccoli for a fast green veggie during the week.
and some delicious GGS is always hanging out in my fridge.
black bean oatmeal burgers with colored peppers and scallions.

avocado toast with chopped red peppers
raw broccoli salad, sauteed kale and roasted cauliflower
